Hourly rates for administrative services, graphic design, web design and technical services vary. The first hour of administrative services is complimentary to first time clients. Rates are subject to change based on a clients urgent needs or accommodations for work outside of normal business hours.

When extra support is requested for an unfinished project the additional hours completed will be charged per the hourly rate. Unless the additional request is major, in such case a new retainer may be charged.
Unused hours do not carry over. All retainer fees cover the 30 day period beginning the date of purchase.
Our hours are flexible. Additional charges are applied to services that require completion outside of normal work hours which are 7am to 6pm.
Building websites usually takes one to six weeks to complete or longer. It all depends on the client’s requirements.
